Position Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

WhatWe Treat / How We Do It
Our patients and caseload are diverse; our multidisciplinary team supports one another. We promote job satisfaction in the home health setting through tailored scheduling and managing territories to ensure appropriate caseloads and limited drive time between visits. Our rehab directors are all therapists. Pay range is based on visit type. We coordinate and communicate with your support staff in a time-efficient manner to allow you to focus on patient care.
ResponsibilitiesDelivering clinical excellence in home health care and contributing to a patient-focused team environment. Maintain professional standards and collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver comprehensive therapy services.
Qualifications- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited COTA program
- Active or pending state COTA license
- New Graduates welcome to apply

Other notes:
No on-call, weekends, or holidays required. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus where eligible.
USD $40.00/Hr. to USD $45.00/Hr. (pay range may vary by visit type).
