Ultimate Staffing is seeking an HR Assistant for daily administrative support of our client's Human Resources Department. This position requires the ability to do temperature checks, answer phones, respond to inquiries, create and update Excel reports, create employee badges, maintain files and assist with Worker's Comp, FMLA and general benefits, and recruiting as necessary. This position requires a person with strong organizational skills, accurate data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
OverviewTemporary role with responsibilities in HR administrative support, on-site in Dallas, GA.
Duties and Responsibilities- Answer phone and respond to inquiries.
- Create and maintain multiple reports.
- File management.
- Benefits administration.
- Phone screen applicants, assist with interviews and background checks.
- Assist in Workers' Comp reporting and paperwork.
- Assist with department projects and initiatives.
- Other work-related duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service and data entry skills.
Skills and Abilities
- 1 year experience in HR or benefits.
- 3 years experience in administrative or supporting function.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Workers' compensation and FMLA experience, a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely work.
- Proven success working under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated practice of maintaining high level confidentiality.
- Data entry and customer service experience.
- Temporary role roughly 8-12 weeks.
- Pay rate $18.
- Fully onsite in Dallas, GA.
