Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Starting rate: $19.50 per hour.
