Responsibilities
- Coordinate all project activities with IT teams, business owners, and key stakeholders.
- Track performance against objectives and implement corrective actions when goals are not met.
- Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, risk and communication plans, and gate reviews.
- Work with team members and leadership to secure project resources and funding.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and data sources.
- Work with business analysts and architects to translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
- Provide consistent project status updates and maintain performance metrics for visibility and decision making.
- Manage vendors and ensure accountability for their deliverables.
- Identify, track, and coordinate cross project dependencies.
- Communicate risks, issues, and requirements to executive leadership, highlighting potential strategic impacts.
- Ensure all project activities comply with audit and governance requirements.
- Perform additional assignments and support related projects as needed.
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
