Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and timely notification to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards and/or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and activity within the location, assist with crowd and/or traffic flow during busy periods, and provide directions and information to visitors as needed.;
Complete reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff.
