We are hiring immediately for part‑time CATERING CAPTAIN positions. Located at Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles, 19800 South Main Street, Carson, CA 90745. Online applications accepted only.

Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure that all functions are delivered, served and cleared in a timely fashion. Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Catering Director, and may drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.

• Determine workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meet with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements and resolve last‑minute changes.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service‑oriented manner.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items.
• Instruct staff on work expectations for catered functions.
• Help staff set up rooms to desired specifications.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Return food, beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility.
• Maintain proper presentation, portion control and temperature; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.
• Preferred: 2 years of previous catering and management experience.
