Asa
Production Coordinator,you will:

• Act as the primary liaison between Production Planning and Manufacturing teams

• Work closely with manufacturing personnel to ensure daily production plans are achieved

• Prioritize and sequence queued work orders for each work center based on production schedules

• Track and status production completions to Production Management and Planning teams

• Ensure shop floor documentation isaccurateandtimelytransacted into the MRP/ERP system

• Transact operation completions on Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and issue backorders

• Close MOs and research shortages to prevent material variances

• Investigate and resolve work order, inventory, or material-related issues

• Track part shortages, serial numbers, and documentation with high accuracy

• Verify revisions and engineering changes beforesubmittingreports

• Maintain and update Production Boards and Action Boards

• Prepare andparticipatein production meetings within Operations

• Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

This is aFull-Time opportunity.

Schedule:

Monday
-Friday - 6 am to 2:30 pm + OT when needed

The ideal candidate willhave:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment

• Previouscoordinator or production planning experience required

• Basicproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, material planning requirements, and order generation logic

• Understanding of work order generation and stockroom kit pull operations

• Familiarity with production planning, inventory control,purchasing, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving

• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO
  9001 quality systems preferred

Pay Rate:$ 23.00per hour.
