In the role of Line Coordinator, you ll play a pivotal part on our Production team. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming product shipments. Duties include, but are not limited to, inspecting and cross referencing all incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments until outgoing order requests. Responsible for managing inventory and notifying appropriate parties if stock levels are low or not enough is available for fulfillment of shipping order.
This position involves working with aircraft parts and is subject to FAA 145 regulations.
This position contributes to our vision by:
- Responsible for proper accounting the location of incoming goods
- Responsible for assuring damaged items are not sent or received
- Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
- Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
- Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory; inspecting products for damage and defects
- Responsible for examining incoming shipments
- Support the organization of the warehouse space, receiving, and unloading incoming inventory items
- Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copying
- Communicate with the Leadership team regarding business needs to secure resources needed to satisfy client demands and ensure delivery and/or implementation.
- Ensure warehouse area is clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment.

High School diploma/Associates degree from a recognized institution - Experience:
minimum of 3 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent professional experience. Fluent English required. - Computer
