This position is centered on production planning for diverse product lines, ensuring on‑time delivery, optimal inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.

• Plan and implement production schedules for various product lines.
• Coordinate raw material replenishments and monitor capacity requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, shipping, processing, engineering, and quality to resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and resolve planning issues independently.
• Develop, analyze, and adjust material capacity plans in coordination with production schedules.
• Maintain planning parameters for materials and reconcile conflicting objectives in the Master Planner Systems.
• Provide input for rescheduling due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions.
• Monitor inventory stocking performance to ensure optimal service levels.
• Provide accurate capacity estimates for customer lead‑time quoting.
• Work safely and promote health, safety, and environmental compliance.

The position offers competitive wages in the range of $65,000 – $77,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and vacation.

Basic Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Subject to ITAR requirements requiring U.S. person status.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong “can do” mentality and ability to overcome obstacles.
• High energy with focused planning and organizing skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, JIT concepts, and MRP.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Commitment to employee involvement, participative management, and continuous improvement.
