• Implement, execute, and maintain world‑class strategies for planning, scheduling, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee repair planning and management activities within the business unit.
• Develop repair plan, budget, and timeliness according to CMM specifications and FAA Part 145 requirements.
• Determine repair requirements based on plant capacity and repair specifications.
• Communicate needs and objectives to the planning team while training, developing, mentoring, and assisting team members.
• Plan workflow and schedules for repair departments.
• Monitor repair status and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement rotable inventory strategies, monitor, and adjust based on repair volume and subcontract cycle times.
• Identify delays and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Establish premier customer service.
• Assist in repair risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Lead planners to analyze CMM, SB, SIL documents and generate bills of materials (BOM).
• Plan all materials on dock at kit due dates and deliver requisitions on time to purchasing.
• Release and order work orders for in‑house repairs.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet company goals.
• Generate work order instructions in coordination with production & quality.
• Ensure accuracy of all pertinent data used in the company ERP system.

• 5 years of experience in progressive planning, scheduling, and inventory management in aerospace, automotive, or mechanical manufacturing environments, with the ability to lead and influence others.
• 2–5 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems.
