MissionLocal candidates preferred; this role is onsite. You will help make the journey the most enjoyable part of the trip by playing a pivotal part on our Production team. As Planning‑Repairs Manager you will lead a team of planning professionals and manage all aspects of scheduling, planning and inventory activities.
Responsibilities- Lead a planning team and oversee scheduling, planning and inventory activities.
- Develop repair plans, workflow and schedules.
- Monitor status and ensure customer delivery requirements and sales & operations planning (S&OP).
- Ensure accuracy of all items that impact company‑wide financial reporting.
- 2–5 years of experience leading teams and 5 years of progressive planning, scheduling and inventory management experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lead and influence others.
