Community Manager - Evolve South Bay

Overview

MG Properties, with over 30 years of experience in acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, seeks a Community Manager for its beautiful property, Evolve South Bay, located in Carson, CA.

This person will build and train their team, market the property, oversee and maintain the budget, and handle all operational tasks to help the property thrive.

• Must have recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience is a must.
• Team building and effective management skills are required.
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgeting, and sales are necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

• $86,000–$94,000 annual DOE
