Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $18.00 - 19.00

• Inspect and report defects on product
• Review orders on product to ensure proper build
• Prepare and install tailgates using pre-assembled parts
• Install door handles and locking mechanisms
• Apply weatherstripping adhesive to product
• Install galvanized shelving in product
• Clean, restock, and organize workstation
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed
• Identify and fix defects and product issues
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Good hand-eye coordination and frequent hand use
• Forklift certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
