Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Product Support Engineer 1, you'll play a pivotal part on our Engineering team. The Product Support Engineer 1 answers customer's daily technical queries on products operation and maintenance.

Provides customer on-site technical support/services as required such as

-On A/C Troubleshooting

-Presentation to Customers on products technical in-service experience

This position contributes to our vision by:

Follows up and enforce in-service technical issues resolution

-Investigate with OEM Engineering/Sustaining/Quality on technical issues reported by Customers

-Perform necessary products examination

-Lead or participate to Root Cause Analysis

-Lead & participate in technical issue resolution with OEM Engineering/Sustaining/Quality

Provide 24/7 Technical hotline limited to Airframers when required by applicable contract

Report to OEM any major incident/accident occurred with our products during operation & maintenance

Provide Training to Customers with help of Repair Stations or OEM as necessary

Provide necessary technical support to the internal team

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,310 - $101,090 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
