• Support the activities, building structure, and development track at the facility in Carson, California.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and monitor repairs of Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, Hydraulic, and Control systems.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, inventory control, contracted maintenance, and technical proficiency.
• Manage reactive work orders, support emergency responses, and ensure all systems operate at optimal performance levels.
• Lead and mentor other engineers, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met or exceeded.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of commercial facility maintenance experience.
• Possess CFC/EPA Universal Certification.
• Certification in at least two disciplines such as Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Hydraulics, or Central Utility Plant Operations.
• Proficiency in using work order systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer programs.
