Primary Care Physician - Carson, CA

Optum California is hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Carson. We're a clinician-led organization focused on improving care delivery and supporting our providers.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• No call, no weekends
• Outpatient only; no hospital rounds
• Patient panel:
  Adults and seniors
• Daily census: 18-20 patients
• Appointment times: 40 minutes (new), 20 minutes (follow-up)
• Supported by nurses and medical assistants

• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA and BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred)
