A distributor of cosmetic packaging products is seeking a Customer Service Sales Support professional to assist the sales team and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Support Sales Managers with pre-sales activities, including maintaining customer databases and coordinating sample requests

+ Process customer orders accurately and manage order entry and fulfillment

+ Monitor order status, shipment dates, and pending approvals to ensure timely delivery

+ Provide responsive customer support and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues

+ Assist with artwork requests for customized orders

+ Process returns and maintain accurate system documentation

+ Follow up on overdue accounts per company procedures

+ Maintain organized records and documentation as required

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of customer service experience

+ Some college preferred

+ Manufacturing or distribution experience a plus

+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

+

Experience with ERP or database systems

+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment
