• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Support setup and launch activities for new warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity.
• Lead training programs to strengthen the skills and capabilities of the operations team.
• Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred.
• 1–3 + years of experience in warehousing, B2B/B2C logistics operations, or import logistics preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
• Willingness to travel for business within the U.S. and Canada.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of logistics systems, especially WMS, preferred.
