Overview
We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Carson, CA
Hybrid role
Long-term temporary assignment
Pay rate 24 dollars per hour
Responsibilities- High-volume invoicing up to 100 invoices per day
- Review, code, and match invoices
- Research and resolve discrepancies and complex issues
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments
- Maintain accurate AP records
- Support month-end close
- Work overtime when requested
- Previous full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Experience in a high-volume AP environment
- Very computer savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work during month-end close
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
