Pay Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Distribution Center Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for multiple job functions within the distribution center. This would include packing orders, picking orders and other activities as assigned. The position will prepare products for outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventories for products receipted. The position also performs special services supporting the building or keying operations as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
• Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally team lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
• Frequently required to push/pull a ladder, ascend and/or descend ladder while holding packages
• Occasionally required to sit, climb and balance
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to use RF equipment
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must adhere to all safety and housekeeping policies and guidelines
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to identify and prioritize urgent orders
• Ability to consistently hit standards in three or more functions for at least 500 hours in each function

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience with the use of WMS System a plus
• Ability to use specific keying tools and key cutting machine
• Process packages through the UPS/Fed Ex systems
• Demonstrates ability to hit standards in accuracy and productivity
• Ability to receive, inspect to insure accuracy and properly put away product.
