Operations Manager
2nd Shift Warehouse Lead
Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. with overtime as needed.
Pay: $20+ DOE, with a shift differential of $1.50 per hour.
Summary: This position establishes and maintains smooth operations of the warehouse department. The incumbent coordinates all warehouse operations and functional processes, ensuring a properly trained team that delivers high‑level logistics support. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating all warehousing activities.

- Direct and motivate team members.
- Coordinate the investigation of accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Enforce quality, safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication with the management team and teammates.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring timely departures.
- Write bills of lading, maintain accurate records of every pallet, monitor pallets, drums, and totes, manage inventory, and ensure proper vendor shipments.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
- Maintain the facility in a safe manner in accordance with company and governmental standards.
- Implement cost‑effective warehousing procedures to support profitability.
- Uphold sanitation and housekeeping standards and conduct compliance audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory, verify production schedules, and track used ingredients during production.
- Ensure production personnel have necessary materials and track out‑of‑stock items, estimating arrival times.
