This is a lead front‑end developer role with full‑stack familiarity. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross‑functionally, and deliver high‑quality, maintainable applications from planning to deployment.

• Hands‑on experience in JavaScript, Type Script, and React framework.
• Full‑stack familiarity (Node.js, etc.) is required.
• Create and maintain multiple web pages with strong web‑development experience.
• Consulting experience is a bonus, as are strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Commit to documentation, consistency, reusability, and a big‑picture mindset.
• Expertise in web markup (HTML5, CSS, LESS, SASS).
• Advanced knowledge of command‑line build utilities and task runners (npm, webpack, grunt, gulp).
• Familiarity with atomic design.
• Solid understanding of headless architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Real‑time experience with async requests, API integrations, partial page updates, SEO optimization, SSR, and performance troubleshooting.
• Expert level understanding of Git version control.
• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
• Identify and manage scope creep, exercising solid judgment and a pragmatic approach.
• Translate business needs into technical deliverables and guide colleagues toward completion.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce quality and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive innovation.

• 10 years of overall development experience.
• 5 years of recent React experience; must be willing to code and assist the team.
• 5 years hands‑on JavaScript/Type Script (coding assessment required).
• 3 years of experience with Node.js and Express.
• 3 years of leading and mentoring developers.
• 2 years with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience architecting event‑based systems or microservices.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Data Dog, Splunk, App Insights, New Relic.
• Proven CI/CD experience.
• Track record in unit testing frameworks.
• Competency in application security and networking.
• Ability to mentor and foster the growth of team members.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Functions.
• Experience in Agile teams.

Base salary: $106,087 – $166,709 (plus performance incentives). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, holidays, and paid learning days.
