We are building a team of top notch marketers to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores to set appointments for the strongest sales team in the city.

The In‑Store Lead Generator will set appointments with customers to conduct free estimates for heating and A/C system replacements and schedule discounted seasonal tune‑up maintenance (e.g., a “oil change” for your A/C system).

• Result-driven, goal-oriented, and seasoned marketing or sales professional.
• Self‑motivated, positive, and energetic attitude.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, brand ambassadorship, or related work.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for approaching customers.
• Background check and drug screen clearance.

• Part‑time role.
• Weekend availability required.

• $17–$23 per hour guaranteed (approximately $55 k–$75 k annual).
