OverviewAs a Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career in one of our stores. Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. You’ll receive paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days of employment.
Paid time off accrues at no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. You are also entitled to minimum paid sick leave under applicable state law.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
- Minimum age 18.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate solutions to customers.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date, which may include overnight travel. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
