• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support various working schedules to suit the needs of the business.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service
• Ability to read and explain product labels
• Ability to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion
