A leading healthcare provider is seeking an On-Call RN for Hospice care in Carson City, NV. In this role, you will collaborate with a remote triage team and provide hands-on care to hospice patients as well as support to their families. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will assess symptoms, communicate with physicians, and manage critical documentation. Ideal candidates will be graduates of accredited nursing programs with at least one year of nursing experience, preferably within hospice care.
