Marketing Specialist

Ridezilla Carson City is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support dealership marketing, social media, photography/videography, and content creation. This role helps drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across all digital and in-store marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage posts across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Google Business.
• Capture photos and basic videos of inventory, events, customer deliveries, and dealership activities.
• Assist with creating marketing materials such as flyers, banners, email templates, and promotions.
• Update website listings and help write SEO-friendly product descriptions and marketing copy.
• Track social media and marketing performance analytics and report trends or opportunities.
• Help plan and support dealership events, promotions, sales weekends, and community outreach.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to gather stories, content ideas, and updates.
• Maintain consistent branding standards across all marketing platforms.
• Monitor online reviews and assist with online reputation management.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Google Business.
• Ability to take clear photos and short-form videos (training provided).
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar creative software.
• Strong writing, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of SEO or analytics is a plus.
• Interest in powersports or automotive industries is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license preferred for moving units when capturing content (training provided).

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position.
