- Plan, direct, supervise, and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project
- Establish and oversee Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan
- Monitor project deliverables for adherence to program requirements and manage project budgets and schedules
- Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors while marketing and securing additional work
- Act as the company representative with clients and selected subcontractors during program execution
- Ability to meet project management certification requirements
- Proven management capabilities and familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction activities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and mentor junior staff
- Experience in managing projects of varying nature and complexity
- Familiarity with current technology and its effective utilization on projects
- Interest in fostering a collaborative team environment
