Senior Program Manager

• Interface with government customers, contracting officers, and engineers to ensure alignment on delivery and compliance
• Assume full ownership of programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate across internal service teams to ensure timely input and alignment
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manage dependencies, and track progress
• Drive process improvements and ensure program compliance with security and regulatory requirements

• Ability to obtain PMP certification within 12 months of hire
• 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in government or defense programs
• Experience supporting U.S. military branches or federal law enforcement
• Proven ability to lead and deliver within matrixed organizations without direct authority
• U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for and able to maintain a U.S. security clearance

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
• Prior military service
• Experience with biometric technologies and system integration
• Active Secret clearance
