• Plan and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including scope of work, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate project requirements with clients to ensure high‑quality deliverables
• Monitor project progress and collaborate with management to meet deadlines
• Conduct performance appraisals and establish project safety plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of job progress and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or construction‑related field (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Advanced project management and customer service skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Experience in the defense, security, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Proven ability to motivate and guide team members
