Responsibilities
  • Define and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth
  • Lead the sales organization by setting goals and performance standards across all levels
  • Develop and oversee sales plans to drive growth and ensure achievement of subscriber and revenue targets
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, mentoring, and leadership development programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with organizational priorities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior executive role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial objectives in competitive markets
  • Extensive experience leading large, complex sales organizations with strong strategic planning capabilities
  • Telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or related field
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable enterprise-level sales plans
  • Skilled at fostering innovation and leading cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in leveraging analytics and technology to optimize performance
