Digital Content Entry Specialist

• Monitor and manage assigned projects and tasks, including basic web content updates and posting new items
• Update web content as directed in staging or production environments
• Serve as backup/emergency coverage for the Digital/Web mailbox
• Communicate regularly with the Digital team to ensure precision of work and clarify any unclear tasks
• Ensure content adheres to brand standards and follows best practices for online content, including readability and SEO

• Expertise in Drupal CMS publishing
• Deep knowledge of web and SEO best practices
• Ability to quickly learn the employer’s custom CMS interface with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, and CSS
