• Supervise a team of IT professionals in planning, designing, developing, and supporting IT applications and systems
• Manage the implementation of systems supporting company-wide operations and adherence to development policies
• Prepare and oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting for stakeholders
• Identify talent needs and develop plans for hiring, retaining, and growing team members
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project, system, and team performance

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 8+ years of IT experience
• Knowledge of supervisory skills including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to travel as needed for business and professional development

• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with various System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile SCRUM
• Knowledge of techniques for vendor product solicitation and evaluation
• Effective writing and public speaking skills
• General knowledge of database administration platforms and tools
