- Serve as the first point of contact for business inquiries related to systems support and improvement analyses
- Manage system failure prevention, issue escalations, and user inquiries, including on-call support
- Facilitate process improvement discussions with business units, vendors, and IT
- Develop reliable and efficient solutions to fulfill complex business requirements, including system configuration and testing
- Provide leadership and training to less experienced analysts and cross‑training as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience in systems/process management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analytics and Project Management
- At least 5 years of experience in systems solution design, integration, or development
- Detailed experience in relevant business processes (e.g., Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Well‑versed in systems integration, including cloud platforms
- Experience in the Consumer Products Goods industry
- Expertise in supporting demand forecasting, supply planning, procurement, and ERP systems
- Advanced knowledge of cloud‑based platform integrations and solutions
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application for business value
- Experience supporting key business systems such as SAP or Oracle EPM
