• Analyze customer requirements and assist with user interface design and software development
• Conduct software functionality testing and prepare operator training materials
• Lead remote customer demonstrations and training sessions
• Provide exercise support during military training events in relevant functional areas
• Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10 years of experience in military Command and Control (C2) processes
• Current or recent experience in Combat Plans Division, Combat Operations Division, Strategy Division, or Operational Assessment Team within Theater Air Operations Center or Combined Air Operations Center
• Ability to learn and apply skills related to new functional areas
• Effective communication skills with diverse personnel
• Active Department of Defense level security clearance required

• Extensive familiarity with processes and procedures in Strategy Division, including Developing Objectives and Measures of Effectiveness
• Experience with various C2 systems/platforms such as MAAPTK, C2
  
  CORE, and TBMCS
• Experience in Joint and Combined environments supporting military coalition efforts
• Background in formal testing of software systems in the air operations domain
• Knowledge in Requirements Collection & Analysis
