• Responsibility for the assigned aspect of the project over its lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
• Support SharePoint folder structure development and maintenance
• Support Success Factors LMS training content migrations and testing requirements as needed
• Support deployment of enablement content as directed by the SAP Project Lead
• Provide regular status updates to Project Lead
• Assist with project coordination, planning and management as well as early escalations
• Capture Project metrics and ensure they are clearly communicated to the Project management team
• Ensure project success (budgets, schedule, quality and business value)
• Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures
• Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

• 0-3 years of experience as team‑lead or project manager
• Project coordination or administrative project management specialist functions
• Functional Experience
• Experience from package software implementation is a plus
• Managerial Experience
