- 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related business degree
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT/business environments

- Experience in IT delivery management, cost center management, and staff management
- Certification in any OEM systems related to the solutions provided
- Experience in negotiations, finance, strategy, planning, or marketing
- Familiarity with federal government contracting and compliance
