• Build structure for the portfolio, including standards, workflows, and reporting
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a technical team, Help Desk, customer experience, and special projects staff
• Lead major programs from kickoff through closeout, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
• Capture requirements and maintain documentation in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Share Point
• Drive consistent planning, risk management, and financial tracking across teams

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience managing complex federal programs
• Experience supporting Department of State (DoS) or federal law enforcement customers
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority and coordinate across functions
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%)

• Prior experience with the Department of State
• PMP certification
• Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
• Background in biometrics or system integration
• Experience managing large government contracts
