- Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, onboarding, and HR systems
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to track and coordinate deliverables across client groups
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as organizational charts and demographic reports
- Execute HRIS tasks related to promotions, terminations, transfers, and special payments while ensuring compliance
- Assist in planning and executing HR initiatives such as performance management and engagement surveys
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a mid-to-large-scale organization with complex HR processes
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday required) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting HR Business Partners or Centers of Excellence
- Deep understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration
- Proactive attitude with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
- Excellent customer service skills
