What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, onboarding, and HR systems
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to track and coordinate deliverables across client groups
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as organizational charts and demographic reports
  • Execute HRIS tasks related to promotions, terminations, transfers, and special payments while ensuring compliance
  • Assist in planning and executing HR initiatives such as performance management and engagement surveys
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a mid-to-large-scale organization with complex HR processes
  • Proficiency with HR systems (Workday required) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting HR Business Partners or Centers of Excellence
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
  • Excellent customer service skills
