Responsibilities- Analyze incoming invoices to determine if charges align with services per the PO and apply correct cost and general ledger account codes.
- Provide financial insights and documentation to stakeholders to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Collaborate with leadership to approve invoices pending in queue, resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Identify anomalies on invoices and conduct investigations on charges that do not align with purchase request documents.
- Support Vendor Management and Treasury teams to ensure vendors are set up with proper credentials.
- Maintain vendor and associate confidential information with total discretion.
- Oversee the monthly chargeback allocation process to divisions for telecom and other cost distributions.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of capital assets and depreciation schedules, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare and execute monthly data loads to the financial dashboard, ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Maintain and update the allocation database, identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiencies.
- Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals.
- Identify gaps or redundancies in processes and initiate improvements.
- Drive financial projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to broader business objectives.
• Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience or education required.
- Financial data analytical skills and experience preparing high‑level reports from raw data.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and general AP/AR functions.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills and passion for solving business problems with technology.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and communicate effectively with all management levels.
- Capability to collaborate and work independently when required.
- Innovative, creative, and detail‑oriented mindset.
Base salary range: $63,796 – $77,200 per year, adjustable based on qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.
- Potential eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
