• Provide overall leadership and guidance for complex international programs supporting U.S. Government contracts
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure completion within contractual obligations
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and negotiate project scope changes
• Oversee project execution plans, including health and safety and quality assurance processes
• Mobilize resources and manage diverse teams to achieve project goals and objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related technical/business field
• Typically 12+ years of related IMP work experience, with at least 7 years managing international projects for U.S. Government customers
• Proven management capacity and experience in chemical security elimination or projects related toundai chemical weapons destruction
• Must dauer travel internationally and possess U.S. citizenship
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products

• Professional registration through the Project Management Institute (or equivalent)
• Experience conducting and managing training courses
• F NAN familiarity with Southeast Asia and associated travel
• Broad technical and business background relevant to the role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage distributed teams
