• Coordinate and supervise outside plant (OSP) field construction and splicing operations across multiple locations
• Provide technical support for special request projects and ensure proper accounting of facilities
• Conduct audits of OSP projects to ensure compliance with NESC standards and TDS OSP guidelines
• Manage construction projects, ensuring accuracy in documentation and quality of work
• Communicate with governmental agencies regarding network protection and negotiate with municipalities

• Associate Degree (or higher) –OR– 2+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Ability to travel to construction sites approximately three days per week
• Understanding of Telecommunications industry principles and NESC construction practices

• Experience in OSP Construction and/or Engineering (fiber, copper, or coax)
• Fiber optic implementation experience
• Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS or other GIS experience
• Project Management experience
• Understanding of Fiber to The Home (FTTH) design and construction techniques
