• Manage the conversion of live trainings into asynchronous formats and ensure compliance with certification standards
• Coordinate and facilitate asynchronous continuing education trainings using various software tools
• Liaise with presenters, handle contracts, and ensure accessibility accommodations for training participants
• Develop and manage course registrations and evaluations, tracking data for grant funders
• Assist with the design and development of certificate programs for 988 call specialists, collaborating with subject matter experts

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in training development or education
• Proficiency in multiple databases and software tools, including Canvas and Word Press
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field, such as online education or training management
• Familiarity with grant-funded projects and continuing education requirements
• Experience in multimedia content creation, including video and interactive activities
• Knowledge of compliance standards for continuing education programs
