• Drive growth in Premier market share by creating and implementing programs for high-end buyers and sellers
• Define and scale service standards to enhance the luxury customer experience in both buying and selling
• Identify and address gaps in capturing and serving luxury customers to improve conversion rates and satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure consistent execution of Premier strategies in key markets
• Develop operational clarity through the creation of playbooks and measurement frameworks for scalable success

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program and/or project management, strategy, business operations, or field execution, preferably in a B2C environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs to shape strategy and service delivery
• Proven experience in creating high-touch experiences for luxury clients and promoting premium brands
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey information effectively to large audiences
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, prioritizing initiatives and driving alignment

• Experience in the luxury real estate space
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and build credibility with cross-functional partners
• Experience in developing and implementing field-facing tools for sales enablement
