• Assist with the collection of financial statements on properties and follow up on occupancy information
• Prepare and manage due diligence materials for prospective General Partner (GP) candidates
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and run cash flow models
• Coordinate communication and documentation between internal and external stakeholders
• Track compliance issues and assist with the preparation of regulatory forms and reports

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, housing programs, finance, accounting, law, and/or property management
• Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with loan documents and partnership agreements
• Proficient in Excel and database management
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods

• Knowledge of Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Salesforce
• Strong problem‑solving and negotiating skills
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
• Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with various stakeholders
