• Prepare and issue contractual notices, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Align notices with project plans and compliance protocols
• Manage notices from stakeholders and maintain communication logs
• Coordinate with various teams to confirm notice content and implications
• Upload and manage notices within the designated Enterprise Management System for compliance and audit purposes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with construction contract terms
• Proficiency in document control systems and quality documentation standards

• Experience working within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management protocols
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
