- Manage customer billing concerns via phone, email, and chat while adhering to CPNI and Account Security guidelines
- Submit orders for business customers, including disconnect and install orders, and process tax exemption paperwork
- Serve as the main point of contact for e-Rate and Rural Health Care Funding customer inquiries regarding funding credits
- Review contracts to calculate early termination quotes and communicate with customers about service disconnections
- Handle non-revenue generating project work and perform billing projects and audits as assigned
- Associate's degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience, military service, or honorable discharge
- 2+ years of customer service or billing experience
- Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with ordering and billing systems
- Experience in a direct sales program
- Advanced sales and customer service skills
- Familiarity with products and services offered by the employer
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Associate's degree preferred
