What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage customer billing concerns via phone, email, and chat while adhering to CPNI and Account Security guidelines
  • Submit orders for business customers, including disconnect and install orders, and process tax exemption paperwork
  • Serve as the main point of contact for e-Rate and Rural Health Care Funding customer inquiries regarding funding credits
  • Review contracts to calculate early termination quotes and communicate with customers about service disconnections
  • Handle non-revenue generating project work and perform billing projects and audits as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Associate's degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience, military service, or honorable discharge
  • 2+ years of customer service or billing experience
  • Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with ordering and billing systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a direct sales program
  • Advanced sales and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with products and services offered by the employer
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Associate's degree preferred
