Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the employer's business objectives and revenue targets
  • Lead all consumer sales channels, managing operations, partner relationships, and performance management
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing sales organization, promoting professional growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to enhance customer experience and improve retention
  • Manage departmental budgets and performance metrics to align capacity with customer demand
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer sales within telecommunications or related industries
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share across national consumer sales channels
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications operations and market dynamics
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Skilled in using data and analytics to inform strategy and improve business outcomes
  • Ability to develop and execute enterprise-level sales strategies while leading cross-functional teams
  • Highly accountable and focused on achieving measurable outcomes in a competitive environment
