• Partner with internal teams to determine forecasted inventory demand and analyze supply gaps
• Oversee inventory levels, including monitoring equipment and part levels for transfers and orders
• Manage annual inventory reconciliations and cycle counts
• Provide administrative support for inventory-related tools and databases, including processing daily orders
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate Field Services monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy

• Associate degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inventory supply, logistics, supply analytics, or inventory reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to work and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment

• Ability to learn and understand multiple system platforms
