Job Title: SAP Success Factors EC Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Description- Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off, Timesheet, and knowledge of integration with other third‑party tools.
- End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
- Manage SAP Success Factors projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Good knowledge of the additional two SF modules.
- Strong experience leading a team for the EC implementation project and collaborating with offshore teams.
- Certified in Success Factors Employee Central is a plus.
- Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service.
